What a cool book! I love that it dealt with gay stereotypes through history and humor -the best combination. Should be required reading for anyone in our community and all allies to understand us better. As a writer from Season 1 of "The Golden Girls", of course, I enjoyed Chapter 9 the best!

A thrilling affirmation of shared experiences, from overachieving in school to working in the arts to loving every episode of The Golden Girls. The conversational writing makes for easy entry into particularly thorough research -- it may feel at first like a breezy podcast-style chat, but this book offers surprisingly vast depths to explore. Just like gays.
