Reviews
This is a wise commentary on an important book. Birkett's exposition is both clear and compelling: she shows how Proverbs integrates with all of Scripture and applies Proverbs to modern contexts in numerous skilful ways. Birkett also helpfully negotiates a number of linguistic and theological problems raised by the book. Both pastors and lay people will be greatly helped by this commentary.
