The Amazing Edie Eckhart – Classroom Resources

The Amazing Edie Eckhart is the start of a brand-new middle-grade series from comedian and writer Rosie Jones, featuring a funny, feisty central character who just happens to have cerebral palsy – like Rosie herself.

Rosie was inspired to create Edie Eckhart after spending her childhood reading books filled only with able-bodied protagonists and hopes that her books will show children that it is their differences that make them unique and brilliant and that every single one of them deserves to be the hero of their story.
