Storytime and Craft Activity with Momoko Abe!

It is Bookshop Day on Saturday 12th of October! And we are excited to be celebrating with the brilliant Momoko Abe, who will join us for a special storytime and craft activity. Momoko will be reading from Pearl and her Bunch, a warm and witty book about what makes a family - featuring fruit, vegetables and families of all shapes and sizes. When little Pearl makes the startling discovery that she's not a grape like the rest of the bunch, she begins to question EVERYTHING! Can they really be her family if she doesn't look like them? Afterwards, you can have a go at creating your own fruit and veg family portrait! The event starts at 11am. No need to book - just come along! Suitable for ages 4+.
