When Amanda and Stephen Argent’s daughters were small, they weren’t keen on vegetables, so Stephen made soup to hide them. Friends started saying they were so good they should sell them so one year they took a stall at a Christmas fair. When they sold out within an hour, they realised they were on to something. What stuck with them was how interested people were in what was in the soups, so they decided that they’d always make soups that were as nutritious as possible, as well as tasting really good.
