John James
David John James was born in Aberavon, Wales, studied philosophy at St David’s University College, Lampeter, and also held an MA in psychology from Cambridge. In addition to writing historical novels he also worked for the Ministry of Defence and as a teacher. He is buried at Strata Florida Abbey in Wales.
