Heather Anne Parsons has spent over twenty years in the education field, holding a range of roles from teacher to site administrator to principal supervisor in highly competitive charter school networks. Her extensive experience in educational leadership has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to lead in challenging and dynamic environments-and, more importantly, how to teach those skills to others. Over the past decade, Heather has gathered invaluable knowledge from expert leaders and has dedicated herself to sharing these practices. She offers practical tools and insights to help others unlock their leadership potential, and is passionate about making complex leadership principles accessible to everyone. When Heather is not writing, she enjoys quiet time at home with her two kids, husband, and Boykin Spaniel. However, she’s often pulled away from her sanctuary to enjoy the beautiful Treasure Valley of Idaho with friends and family.
